The Sir Thomas Hotel in Liverpool had undergone a hotel refurb and brought our a brand new menu. They got in touch with us to shoot all of the delicious new dishes. In one day we were able to capture all of the dishes on the new menu and even get some PR shots of the venue, the refurbished rooms and even of the new head Chef.
